Which Botsheets product is best for me?

If you're looking to generate ad-hoc reports quickly add our Google Sheets extension. If you're looking to create an interactive experience through chat, econnect your Google Drive to Botsheets and create a chatbot.

Can you clarify the pricing?

We have pricing plans for document bots that focus on document generation such as Google Slides, and we have separate pricing plans for chatbots. We also have various add-ons including a Manychat extension which is a popular marketing automation platform with a Botsheets integration.

Can I only use Google Sheets for Chatbots?

No. You can connect a webpage and we'll scrape it and upload PDFs and use those as a data source too. Connecting a Google Sheet as a data source is ideal for managing frequently changing content and since you're already working in Google Sheets you can easily manage your chatbot from a Google Drive.

Can I use more than one Google Sheet with one chatbot?

For sure! You can connect a large number of Google Sheets to a single chatbot. Your chatbot will determine the best data source to generate a response whether it's a Google Sheet, a website, or PDF all connected to a chatbot.

How do your credits work?

For document bots we provide you with credits for documentation generation and one credit equals one document. For chatbots We provide you with message credits and each message uses 10 credits for requests from data from sheets and 5 credits for requests that use PDF and Webpages as data sources. Add your own OpenAI API Key to a chatbot and you won't use our credits but you will pay OpenAI for credits (probably cheaper than ours). Each of our add-ons have their own billing plans.
